We are specifically looking for someone with a can-do attitude, a customer service approach, and a love of sales (with a security industry background). This position promises a handsome salary package, a decent percentage on sales, a car allowance, a laptop, and a mobile.
You will be responsible for
Representing the organisation whilst working to increase the sales and profits related to the services provided by the company.
Establishing active relationships with new and potential business clients.
Building stronger ties with the existing clients and shareholders of their organisation.
Analysing existing portfolios and potential customer data to develop new opportunities and business strategies.
Staying up to date with the company’s policies, programs, products, and pricing.
Planning and evaluating marketing strategy
Review proposals and cost estimates
Negotiating proposal timelines and budgets
Required Qualifications
You should be GCSE qualified
A Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field will be preferred, although not mandatory.
Job Expectations
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Achieving monthly business development targets by onboarding new clients and bringing new business to expand the SECURYCOR security service portfolio
Excellent in building new and maintaining existing relationships with prospects, referral sources, and colleagues
Excellent customer service skills
Knowledge and understanding of SIA (Security Industry Authority) and services business.
Strong networking ability with business partners
Bid preparation
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
Ability to be proactive, innovative and creative in meeting customer and identifying their business needs
Ability to deliver dynamic presentations to business clients
Knowledge and understanding of outbound calling and assessing customer needs
Knowledge and understanding of outside sales in a consultative Business-to-Business environment
Ability to travel up to 75% of the time
Reward
A travel allowance will be provided as you will be spending most of your time marketing and visiting new/existing customers.

The potential candidate will need to be BS 7858 security cleared .
