You will be responsible for

• Representing the organization whilst working to increase the sales and profits related to the services provided by the company.
• Establishing active relationships with new and potential business clients.
• Building stronger ties with the existing client and shareholders of their organisation.
• Analysing existing portfolios and potential customer data to develop new opportunities and business strategies.
• Staying up to date with company’s policies, programs, products and pricing.
• Planning and evaluating marketing strategy
• Review proposals and cost estimates
• Negotiating proposal timelines and budgets

Required Qualifications

• You should be GCSE qualified
• A Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field will be preferred, although not mandatory.

Job Expectations

• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Achieving monthly business development targets by onboarding new clients and bringing new business to expand SECURYCOR security service portfolio
• Excellent in building new and maintaining existing relationships with prospects, referral sources, and colleagues
• Excellent customer service skills
• Knowledge and understanding of SIA (Security Industry Authority) and services business.
• Strong networking ability with business partners
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
• Ability to be proactive, innovative and creative in meeting customer and identifying their business needs
• Ability to deliver dynamic presentations to business clients
• Knowledge and understanding of outbound calling and assessing customer needs
• Knowledge and understanding of outside sales in a consultative Business-to-Business environment
• Ability to travel up to 75% of the time

Reward

• A travel allowance will be provided as you will be spending most of your time marketing and visiting new/existing customers.
